Bulk is a per-file rate for custom volume (250+). E.g. 400 files = 400 x $1.25 = $500.
Pricing Questions
What counts as a production file?
Each generated machine file for an order — a DST (universal embroidery file, in beta) or SVG. PNG files and PDFs are always included and not counted as a production file. Production files are optional. You choose which file type, if it's generated automatically, and you can turn automatic generation on or off. If you don't need or want a file, it doesn't need to be generated.
What happens if I exceed my monthly files?
Nothing stops. You can add credit top-ups at any time, and the per-file rate drops as you buy larger packs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start with a 7-day free trial to explore the platform and configure personalization before you commit to a paid plan.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or cancel with no lock-in — your file allowance adjusts on your next cycle.
